An End of Year Show with a heart-rending hue, as we reflect on the death of Mathieu Segers. He was the leading voice in the Dutch Europe debate and was the pillar behind this podcast.
In consultation with his loved ones, it was decided to go ahead with this Café Europa End of Year Show. After all, Mathieu felt strongly about continuing the conversation regarding Europe. Of course in an appropriate manner, with Mathieu in mind.
In this episode, Annette van Soest, together with Stefan de Vries, reflects on the European year with journalists Clara van de Wiel, Stéphane Alonso and Arjan Noorlander, and with MEPs Tom Berendsen and Bas Eickhout.
