Expats X Migrants, street exhibition about prejudice towards migration

In the week that Maastricht welcomes the citizens’ panel, portraits from the Expats x Migrants project hang in various bus shelters in Maastricht. This photo project is an initiative of photographer Tetsturo Myazaki, researchers at UM and the Diversity Office of the university. With the text “Expat or Migrant, who do you see and why?” passers-by are challenged to reflect on the implicit prejudices of these words.
