Workshop International Staff Week: Connecting research, public debate and policy

From 9 to 11 June 2026, UM’s global partners are invited to come to Maastricht and exchange ideas during an attractive programme. Studio Europa Maastricht will organise a two-hour workshop during this three-day event.

International Staff Week workshop: Designing public engagement around Europe

In this interactive workshop, participants will work in small international teams to design an original public programme, event, or engagement activity connected to key European milestones and contemporary issues. Participants will be divided into three groups of approximately eight people, with each group focusing on a different topic and target audience. At the end of the workshop, each group will present its programme concept and share its ideas with the other participants.
